PreRoll Check is a phone web app built by a working truck driver. There is nothing to install from an app store and it works on any phone. It works offline and syncs when there’s signal, and the office sees every check, defect and photo once it uploads.

How it works

Drivers get a quick, clear check on their phone. The office gets the results as soon as they upload.

1For drivers

  • Sign in with company code, name and PIN
  • Fit-for-duty declaration once per shift Alcohol and drugs, medication, fit and well, rested and within work and rest hours, licence and medical current, PPE
  • Pick the truck, enter the odometer or engine hours
  • Walk-around: OK, Defect or N/A for each item, with critical items flagged
  • Take a photo of any defect
  • Automatic result: Fit, Defects or DO NOT DRIVE
  • Drafts are saved, so nothing is lost if the phone gets interrupted

2For the office

  • Drivers list, with each driver’s check history
  • Fleet status at a glance, with failed trucks in red
  • Full check detail, including photos
  • Print or save any check as a PDF, and export the data
  • Your colours and logo, set up for you
  • Email to the office within a minute of a failed check or “Do not drive”: truck, driver, failed items, notes and photos
